Why cant some people understand a person difficulties, just because they are super good in certain areas that doesn't give them the right to judge everyone is as good as them or a fast learner, each individual have their different difficulties.
Thru the years, new things developed and we pick up the skills from scratch. It takes time to understand and master the new skills that has been brought to us with frequent usage and hands-on. Some people are just too slow in catching up and they are not being exposed to certain things around them. As times passed, the technologies/functions gets better and better thus making it harder for some to catch up.
Its easy for some to say, try to be in that person shoes. Yes, books and online 'Help' has been published to assist some in difficulties but how in a way this individual can understand when he/she hardly understand the terms. How can one grow to succeed without moral support and guidelines? Yes, it takes trial and error, they still need pointers which will then generate in their brain system and input in daily usage.
